Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Emergency service calls may take priority. We ask that the service area be accessible upon our arrival, which includes securing pets and notifying our team of any safety concerns or property conditions that may affect our work.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the system and any previous work performed. We are not responsible for issues resulting from undisclosed electrical, gas line, plumbing, ventilation, structural, or pre-existing mechanical conditions.

Payment is due at the time services are performed unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept standard payment forms including check or digital invoice payment (if applicable). Late invoices may be subject to service or administrative fees.
